Return Policy

The team at Hulala Home sincerely hopes you love your new furniture pieces as much as we loved creating them. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund for most of our products within 30 days from receipt of product. 

To start your return, you may visit our Help Center page, contact our Customer Support Team at 833-324-2426 (Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm CST), or send us an email hello@hulalahome.com.

1. Cancelling Your Order

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If you cancel the order, you will get a full refund. if the product is shipped, please refer to following "Return & Exchange conditions"

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. However, you need to pay the return delivery fee. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
There are a few items that cannot be returned:
  • Clearance items
  • Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. 2 for $250 (unless the entire bundle is returned)
  • Items you have already assembled
 
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, you can contact customerservice@hulalahome.com, and we will afford the delivery fee. Well take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
If you want to replace the items, please re-purchase after returning them.

4. Return form: 

We will provide you with the warehouse address, and you can send it back.
If your item is damaged or defective, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the package (we will contact you in advance and arrange for a courier to pick up the package when you are at home).

5. Refund:

If a refund is required, we will return the agreed amount to your payment account. From the operation of the refund to the consumer receiving the refund, it will take about 24 hours.
Please allow 15 business days after your return item is received to inspect the item and begin processing your refund.
 
If a returned item arrives in an unsellable condition, a restocking fee of 15% of the item price may apply. We are unable to issue refunds for products returned that are soiled, totally damaged or missing parts.
